GROW+ON was established in 2021 through funding provided by Harris County’s Community Youth Development Program. In 2024, the program expanded through generous funding provided by the Casey Foundation. We are so grateful to be part of this work, in community with such wonderful people and have the opportunity to grow alongside our amazing clients.

GROW+ON

Focuses on post-high school readiness and building leadership skills for youth ages 6-17 in the Gulfton community.
POWER+ON PROGRAM (POP)

Provides psycho-educational activities, mindfulness tools and skill building opportunities for youth involved in the juvenile system.
MINDFULNESS + MOVEMENT

Practicing and teaching movement + mindfulness is at the core of all we do. These practices enhance well-being and improve quality of life.
